Our stimulating unit based course combines theory with practical teaching. Training is fun and challenging, located in central Manchester and featuring our in-house casino environment to give you an authentic taste of the real thing, and place you in the most life-like scenarios possible.

There is nothing better than the real thing and you can even gain actual on-the-job experience, with the opportunity to deal poker in a working casino.

Your customer service training will enable you to deal with difficult people and situations. You will be educated in the full responsibilities of a casino dealer, and drilled to deal with the necessary security procedures. As experienced casino veterans, our trainers will fully equip you with the professional attitude, skillsets and motivation required to be a successful casino applicant.

When you are awarded your government recognised NVQ Level 2 Diploma, you will be confident, competent and ready to impress your future employers as a fully qualified Casino Dealer.

• You will be at least 18 years old.

• You will have no criminal record.

•  You will have careful presentation.

• You will be adept in handling numbers and mental arithmetic.

• You will be able to demonstrate good dexterity.

• 6-8 weeks, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).
